If you subscribe to my newsletter or download any materials and check the permission box, you consent to giving me your email address, in order to send you updates by email.

If you connect with me with my social media channels, where it is appropriate, I may collect your social media contact details, in order to share updates and other items of interest with you.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your personal details will be recorded on via third-party service providers which allow me to process and store your data for email updates. The CRM system I use is through Wix and the data is stored in the UK with Wix. You can view Wix Privacy Policy here. Additionally, Wix is used for the creation of email templates to communicate with you via email. 

If you purchase a copy of any of my works, you consent to giving me your email address, and billing and shipping addresses, in order for me to send you updates by email. This information, along with your transaction information, will be stored in a third-party payment software provided by Stripe Payments Ltd. You can view their privacy policy here. The email address you provide on purchase will also be held in Wix to update you on your order progress and will only be used for this purpose, unless you also sign up for my newsletter or for new releases on the basis of legimate interest. 

As you submit any information through, including email subscriptions, event registrations and book purchases, it may collect certain information about your browsing device and locations. Among other things, this may include the type of computer you use, your internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.

Purpose for processing your information

I need to know basic personal information in order to provide you with the services that you have engaged me to provide inc sending you newsletters and processing your purchases.

If you do not provide this information, I will not be able to provide the services and I will not collect personal data from you that we do not need for this purpose without your consent.

I will not use your personal data for any other purpose unless you explicitly instruct me to do so.
